About VERAMD LLC
A locally owned concrete and grounds company serving Frederick and Montgomery County — six days a week.
Our Story
VERAMD LLC was built by Pedro Ramirez on a simple promise: show up when you say you will, do the work right, and leave the property better than you found it. We've grown almost entirely by word of mouth across Frederick, Urbana, Germantown, Gaithersburg, Rockville, and the towns in between — one satisfied neighbor at a time.
Pouring concrete in Maryland teaches you things a warmer-climate crew never has to learn. Clay subgrade that holds water. Freeze-and-thaw cycles that lift anything set on a thin base. Street trees that have already taken one sidewalk apart. De-icing salt working on the surface every winter. We've learned all of it the hard way, and it shows in slabs that are still flat a decade later.
Today we pour residential concrete floors and slabs, sidewalks and walkways, and stamped patios, and we keep lawns and garden beds maintained on a schedule — all under one crew, with Pedro on the job. We're open Monday to Friday 7 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 7 AM to noon, and every estimate is free.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up on the day we said, at the time we said. Same crew, same service day, every visit.
Respect
It's your property. We protect the beds, trees and hardscape we're working around, and we clean up completely before we leave.
Doing It Right
Excavated to firm ground, base compacted in lifts, reinforcement tied up off the dirt, joints cut to spacing. No shortcuts that crack next winter.
Community
We live here too. We hire local, serve local, and our reputation travels by word of mouth.
Our Mission
Give Maryland homeowners concrete and grounds they're proud of without the hassle of managing it. Treat every customer like a neighbor, because most of them are. Earn the next referral with the work itself.
Our Promise
If you're not happy with the work, tell us and we'll come back and make it right. No questions, no excuses. That's how we've built a customer list that runs almost entirely on referrals.
